What services do you offer?
I provide personalised sleep consulting for babies and toddlers including sleep assessments, tailored sleep plans, and ongoing support to help your child sleep better and your family feel rested. My approach to sleep support is gentle, responsive, and connection-focused. I do not use 'cry it out' or similar methods. Instead, I guide families through nurturing, step-by-step strategies that respect their baby's needs for comfort and security while helping parents feel confident and supported
What age groups do you work with?
I support children from the newborn stage to 4 years, providing sleep strategies tailored to each developmental stage and individual needs. .
How do I book in for support?
For bookings, please email info@serenesleepers.ie or use our contact form. You will then receive a link via email to complete your sleep questionnaire. Once your questionnaire has been submitted, an invoice will be sent for payment. After payment is received, a date and time for your consultation will be arranged.
I'm not sure which support package will suit my needs.
If you are unsure which support package would best suit your needs after reviewing the Support Packages page, please feel free to get in touch and we can talk through your options. If needed, we may ask you to complete the sleep questionnaire in advance of selecting a support package so I can better understand your child's sleep patterns and your family's situation. Based on your responses, I'll advise on the most suitable package to help achieve the best results.
How do the Support Packages work? *(excluding Newborn Essentials Education Package)
i) Prior to your consultation, you will be asked to complete a detailed sleep questionnaire about your child's sleep and any specific challenges.
ii) Based on the sleep questionnaire, a detailed and bespoke sleep plan will be developed, followed by a consultation to review and explain the sleep plan.
iii) Consultations are delivered via Microsoft Teams calls. Clients have the option of requesting their personalised consultation is pre-recorded and sent on, with a 15 minute follow up call for Q&A.
iv) After our session, you'll receive a copy of your customised sleep plan with or without ongoing support via email (depending on the package purchased).
How does the Newborn Essentials Education Package work?
i) Before your consultation, you'll complete a short questionnaire to highlight any specific areas of interest or concern. This allows for some customised guidance within the largely educational session.
ii) You'll receive a 1-hour consultation delivered live via Microsoft Teams or as a pre-recorded bespoke video.
iii) A email check-in is available 4–6 weeks after your session to answer questions and provide additional guidance as required.
iv) After the session, you'll receive a summary of the educational content and any bespoke guidance based on your questionnaire responses.
Note: This package is broadly educational with some personalised elements and does not include a full sleep plan or ongoing support.
How is follow-up support provided?
For packages that include follow-up support, this is provided via email. For packages that involve daily support, this is one set of emails per day: one sent by client and one response by Serene Sleepers. Clients will be asked to include sleep logs in their daily email to ensure all relevant detail is captured (the template will be provided).
How are payments made?
Clients will receive an invoice upon submission of their sleep questionnaire. Work on your personalised sleep plan will begin once payment for your selected package is received, and consultations can only be booked after full payment is completed.
Payments are accepted via PayPal or Revolut. Invoices will be sent via email.
How long will it take to develop my personalised sleep plan?
Personalised sleep plans will be developed within 1 week of submitting your sleep questionnaire. Consultations to review the sleep plan can be booked at the time of submitting the sleep questionnaire (once payment is completed).
What is your refund policy?
All support packages are non-refundable from the time of purchase. Please see our terms and conditions for specific details.
